Brian Bequette is the owner/broker and was a licensed contractor and owner of sneaky ninja home services for many years, so we are definitely not your average real estate company! Our knowledge of building, maintenance, investing, management and community set us apart from the rest. 

Brian and Barbara  have been east Nashvillians for more than 20 years -- waaaay before east Nashville was cool. They built a family business, adding Niky Reece as the Director of Operations to their east Nashville based boutique firm in 2015. In 2018, Abbie Benton joined the team as the Tenant Relations coordinator.
